Bengal Approaches High Court Seeking Recall Of Order On Post-Poll Violence

Bengal Post-Poll Violence:The West Bengal government has filed an application before the Calcutta High Court; seeking recall of its order that led the chairperson of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to constitute a committee; to examine all instances of alleged human rights violations throughout post-poll violence from the nation.
